Work you'll do

  • Assist in the processing of payroll for clients and compute the statutory contributions, deductions in accordance with Malaysian laws and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Assist in payroll-related audits by providing records and documentation to statutory bodies, Inland Revenue Dept etc.
  • Work closely with clients and liaise with various government agencies such as Inland Revenue, EPF, SOCSO, HRDF etc.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with HR qualification welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good time management and organizational skills.
  • Diligent, responsible and attention to detail is key with the ability to prioritize work to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient with payroll software and MS Office.
