DOO you have what it takes?

What you'll be working on:

  1. Responsible for procure-to-pay (PTP) end-to-end process.
  2. Responsible for on-time processing and payment of all payment requests, including staff claim.
  3. Ensure accurate posting of payable transactions to support management and financial reporting needs.
  4. Handle internal and external vendor correspondences via email and provide support to other colleagues.
  5. Perform supplier statement reconciliation, investigate, and follow up to reduce discrepancies.
  6. Update all bank transactions on daily basis and perform bank reconciliation.
  7. Submit bank balance to management bi-weekly.
  8. Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes.
  9. Liaise with bankers and payment service providers.
  10. Perform monthly and yearly closing activities.
  11. Process manual and urgent payments requests.
  12. Provide supporting documentation for audits.

What we're looking for:

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  2. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, knowledge in AP, is required for this position.
  3. Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word, Accounting Software.
  4. Knowledge of Quickbook is an added advantage.
  5. Strong analytical ability, positive thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills.
  6. Sharp time management skills and ability to work independently.
  7. Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
  8. Fast learner and able to work under pressure in a teamwork-based environment.
  9. Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English.
