Position: Global HR Specialist

  • Contributing to HR projects and initiatives while organizing and managing HR tasks with follow-up as needed.
  • Participating in HR training and development programs, staying updated on policies and best practices, and engaging in self-learning when required.
  • Conducting research on HR issues and assisting in the enhancement of HR-related knowledge resources.
  • Supporting background verification processes and other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • Prior experience in the Human Resources field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly and independently based on business requirements (may include extended hours when necessary).
  • Excellent learning ability, careful, patient, with strong work enthusiasm and a sense of responsibility.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • HR Sharing Service Center or HR service provider background preferred.
  • Highly resourceful and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills required and ability to work across multicultural/multilingual teams.
  • Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools/programs and HR Systems.
  • Experience with Workday is highly desired.
  • Mandarin proficiency for effective liaison with external vendors.
