The Manager Global HR Operations EC is a pivotal position within our organization, responsible for providing leadership to teams focused on the advisory and improvement of our HR data, systems, and processes through Employee Central.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating a purpose and vision for your team along with overseeing the effective execution of people-related requests in EC.
- Improving customer experience through understanding customer requirements, enhancing process effectiveness, reducing hand-off points, and driving improvement.
- Engaging and partnering with stakeholders to have a clear understanding of business context, to form clear operational and tactical plans.
- Ensuring end-to-end processes, terms, and conditions, HR Master data rules are well understood.
This role requires extensive years of demonstrated experience in HR Operation processes, leading large operational teams, and familiarity with navigating and utilizing HR tools like SAP, Employee Central, and case management systems.
Familiarity with technical capabilities and development will be crucial to success in this role. Strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes are essential.
