About the Role

The Manager Global HR Operations EC is a pivotal role and will provide leadership to teams focused on the advisory and improvement of our HR data, systems and processes through Employee Central. In this role you will be responsible for:

  1. Creating a purpose and vision for your team along with overseeing the effective execution of people related requests in EC.
  2. Improving customer experience through understanding customer requirements, enhancing process effectiveness, reducing hand off points and driving improvement.
  3. Engaging and partnering with stakeholders to have a clear understanding of business context, to form clear operational and tactical plans.
  4. Ensuring E2E processes, terms and conditions, HR Master data rules are well understood.
Key Accountabilities:
  1. Providing team with context, clear expectations and autonomy to deliver work, make decisions, and hold themselves accountable for work delivery.
  2. Anticipating and addressing risk and driving a risk culture through execution of work within the team.
  3. Engaging with key stakeholders across the business, managing expectations and escalations.
  4. Actively reviewing and continuously embedding learning and capability across the team with a clear lens of required technical capabilities and development.
  5. Ensuring appropriate controls and governance frameworks are met.
About You

Extensive years of demonstrated experience in HR Operation processes.

Experience leading large operational teams.

Familiarity and knowledge in navigating and utilizing HR tools like SAP, Employee Central, and case management systems.

Good stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organisational skills which will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.

Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution-focused nature.

Demonstrate a growth mindset and strong learning agility.

Bachelor's degree in human resource, engineering or any related discipline.

Good command in English, written and verbal.
