Job Responsibilities

As an HR Lifecycle Operations Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring seamless onboarding, job status changes, and offboarding. You'll maintain accurate data, ensure compliance with HR policies, and drive process improvements while partnering with regional and global teams.

Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee and manage HR transactions, adhering to company policies and compliance requirements;
  • Act as a trusted advisor to internal and external stakeholders, driving continuous process improvements and HR system enhancements;
  • Support regional and global initiatives focused on improving HR operational efficiency and employee experience;
  • Collaborate with HRBPs, TA, and HR Operations teams across regions to develop and implement effective HR strategies.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR operations;
  • Strong understanding of labour laws, cultural nuances, and HR best practices;
  • Experience with employee lifecycle management (including onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence, immigration matters, and offboarding);
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Proven ability to support employees by providing end-to-end HR solutions;
  • Demonstrate high levels of discretion, confidentiality, and ethics;
  • Display humility, flexibility, and strong interpersonal & customer-facing skills;
  • Experience in setting up relationships and handling trade unions is a plus.
