Required language(s): English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting doctor in the delivery of a wide range of aesthetic treatments, such as dermal fillers, Botox injections, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Performing professional consultation on related aesthetic concerns, recommending personalized aesthetic treatments to achieve patient's goals.
- Preparing treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient workflow.
- Providing exceptional patient care, including greeting patients, guiding them through treatment processes, following up, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring compliance with all relevant medical and legal regulations.
- Supporting the team in managing inventory, ordering medical supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
