Job Description

The Channel Operation Center of Excellence (COE) is an organization within Corporate Accounting Office which supports Intel worldwide distributors revenue, rebates payments and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Supports end to end finance service including distributor reporting, distributors price authorization (DPA) rebates processing, inventory reconciliations and financial reporting. Those data are the basis for Intel's channel revenue recognition, incentives calculations and business decision-making.
  2. Quarterly revenue reporting, SOX controls executions as well as business analytics and fluctuation analysis.
  3. Collaborations with internal and external stakeholders for rebates payments review and executions.
  4. Supports financial analysis and provides risk assessment towards new business initiatives in the dynamic business environment.
  5. The scope will grow as we look to further build the capability and skillset with further transformative efforts towards the new Enterprise Resource Planning system.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting and System Information or related field and 3 years of related practical experiences.
  2. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting.
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  4. Financial analysis for decision quality involves independently developing solutions to moderately complex problems and integrating multiple data sources to make a recommendation.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to explain complex financial data to management and non-financial stakeholders.
  6. Data analytics, Power BI, KNIME, SAP, Vistex experiences will be added advantages.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Ability to deal with ambiguity to perform in an evolving dynamic business space.
  2. Experience with risk management and controls.
  3. Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of business processes and their interrelationships to provide business insights.
