Job Summary:

To provide technical support to physicians and meet sales targets assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform CRMD product in-service and sales calls to current and potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Manage consignment stocks in assigned territories.
  • Ensure customer sales cycle is complete.
  • Provide technical service and support and patient follow-up to external customers.
  • Provide training to cardiac technicians, referral doctors, healthcare workers, and team members.
  • Obtain market intelligence such as competitor products, pricing, market share, marketing programs, etc.
  • Understand local government healthcare policy and market trends.
  • Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and in accordance with Abbott requirements.
  • Assist in clinical research, when necessary.

Other Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as back-up for other CRMD team members.
  • Be on call for emergency/follow-up cases during weekends or after office hours.
  • Handle and process customer complaints in a timely manner and according to Abbott CRMD Malaysia policy and requirements.
  • Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott CRMD Malaysia.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standard operating procedures of Abbott CRMD Malaysia.
  • Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by manager or supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • BS degree in a relevant field.
  • Energetic and passionate to serve.
  • Tenacity and resilience to work in a challenging business environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must possess own transport and have a valid driving license.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English (written and spoken) used in training and all aspects of daily activities.
  • Bahasa Malaysia and other languages will be an added advantage to communicate with end users or follow up.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): Sales, Medical, Pharmaceuticals.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Biomedical or equivalent.
