About the Role

The Senior Sales & Supply Chain Operations Executive is responsible for executing and optimizing the end-to-end sales operations and supply chain for the organization. This senior role oversees all aspects of sales order fulfillment, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning capabilities and an in-depth understanding of supply chain and sales processes, and will drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Operations Management: Develop, implement, and monitor sales and supply chain strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's growth objectives.
  • Order Fulfillment and Logistics Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries by managing relationships with logistics and warehouse partners. Resolve escalated issues related to order logistics, shipping, and delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience. Design and implement improvement plans or countermeasures to inefficiencies.
  • Inventory and Warehousing Management: Take ownership of inventory management and warehousing processes, including fraud prevention, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead data collection and analysis efforts across fulfillment, warehousing, and logistics. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the leadership team based on trends, KPIs, and operational performance metrics.
  • Financial Alignment and Payment Coordination: Collaborate with sales and finance teams to manage accounts receivable, including maintaining payment listings, invoicing, aging analysis, credit notes, and rebates. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit terms to support cash flow management.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance sales and supply chain operations. Focus on reducing costs, improving order accuracy, and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement within the sales organization and implement changes to optimize sales operations. Prepare and present advanced reports, sales data, and performance dashboards to executive management.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the sales, procurement, finance, and logistics departments to ensure alignment on objectives and to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

What You Need To Have

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in supply chain, order management, or fulfillment.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales data effectively.
  • Self-starter, who is able to handle multiple competing priorities and operate successfully in a complex, ambiguous, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and a passion for driving sales excellence.
  • Hunger spirit and willing to hustle to hit the ground running.
