Sales Account Manager – Medical Biotech Industry

Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team in the medical Biotech industry. This role involves managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical Biotech sales & marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patient care through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, universities, wellness centres, and clinics.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their operations.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the medical biotech sector.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of medical biotech products and services offered.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and their staff.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service delivery.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports for management.
- Track sales activities and adjust strategies based on results and market feedback.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.
- Collaborate with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Networking: Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.
- Build a strong professional network within the medical biotech community.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry. Fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of medical biotech products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Salary Package: Basic + Travelling Allowances + Handphone Allowances
