Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: Analyze user data and feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement in the AEON Wallet system.
  • Drive Process Innovation: Lead initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and streamline workflows for AEON Wallet.
  • Ensure Business Alignment: Collaborate with business units to ensure all projects align with AEON's digital strategy and overall goals.
  • Feature Development: Innovate and enhance features to improve both user experience and operational functionality.
  • Project Management: Support the timely implementation of new features and system improvements, ensuring projects stay on track.
  • Lead Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate discussions and coordinate activities between the IT team and various stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives.
  • Review Project Documentation: Assess Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and project proposals for completeness and alignment with company standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze user reports and feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and generate insights to guide decision-making.
  • Provide Expertise & Guidance: Share best practices in project management and process optimization with team members.
  • Ensure Timely Delivery: Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure that milestones are met within established timeframes and resource allocations.
  • Evaluate Performance: Measure and report on the performance of AEON Wallet initiatives, assessing outcomes against predefined goals, including KPIs and ROI.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Use analytical skills to evaluate and enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.
  • Foster Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal teams, business partners, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution and business success.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in banking, financial services, IT, or UI/UX design.
  • Work Ethic: Proactive, motivated, and willing to extend hours to meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Strong team player with effective communication across all levels.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ownership and passion for innovative solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Customer Focus: Excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Organization: Strong multitasking, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint; prototyping tools a plus.
  • Report Prep: Ability to prepare reports per organizational standards.
