Manager, Agency Administration & Branch Support

The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the operations of agency administration and ensuring smooth branch support functions. Managing agent onboarding, compliance and performance monitoring while also supporting branch administrative activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimizing operational efficiency.

The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Agency Administration
  • Agent onboarding and licensing.
  • Agent communication and support.
  • Compliance and regulatory management.
  • Performance monitoring and reporting.
Branch Support
  • Central point of reference for Branch Administrator.
  • Liaison between branches and the Headquarter, facilitating and ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and operational support.
  • Assist branches in implementing company initiatives and operational guidelines.
  • Problem solving and conflict resolution in addressing administrative roadblocks at the branch level.
  • Plans, manages, controls, and integrates the services activities rendered to branches and agencies.
  • Ensure service consistency across branches and adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Manage process deviations, interpret, and enforce company policies and procedures, and implement and review branch operating manuals.
  • Oversight function to branches. Focuses on risk management and resolves operational issues promptly.

Job Specification:

  • Degree in any related discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years working experience in the insurance industry and involvement in agency administration / branch support administrative activities (i.e., ensuring regulatory compliance & optimizing operational efficiency) / branch transformation related matters.
  • Strong work values such as independence, responsibility, commitment, and positive attitude.
  • Good command of English communication skills and computer literacy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and other departments.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint).
