Agency Administration Role

This position plays a vital role in the success of Prudential Hong Kong Limited's agency administration department. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing new agent applications, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Processing new agent applications in accordance with contracting standards and procedures.
  • Handling customer enquiries related to new agent applications or other contracting matters.
  • Preparing ad-hoc reports to analyze new agent contracting trends and comparing last year's versus this year's contracting numbers.
  • Following up with stakeholders regarding new contracting queries or emails.

To excel in this role, you should possess a degree in business administration, management, or a related field, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Effective communication skills are essential to communicate with the team, internal and external stakeholders.
