Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a telemarketing team to generate high-quality sales-qualified leads.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise team members, driving continuous performance improvements.
  • Develop and implement telemarketing strategies aligned with our sales goals.
  • Ensure effective lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and proactive prospecting.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to maximize lead conversions.
  • Oversee CRM management, ensuring accurate data entry and utilization.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and cultivate a motivated and positive team environment.

Qualifications:
  • Holds at least a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's, or Professional Degree.
  • Has at least 2 years' experience managing a telemarketing team of 10 or more.
  • Possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of motivating teams to meet targets.
  • Can communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written).
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially in reporting functions like pivot tables.
  • Exhibits strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
