Job Overview:
They are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Automotive Corporate Sales Manager to drive their corporate sales initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase our market share, establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieve sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed corporate sales targets and enhance market presence.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Identify, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and product offerings.
  5. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve individual and team performance goals.
  6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and agreements with corporate clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with company objectives.
  7. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and enhance customer satisfaction levels through proactive communication and resolution of issues that may arise during the sales process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate sales or account management within the automotive industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of automotive products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
