Looking for Company Secretary Assistant / Executive / Semi-Senior
As a Company Secretary Assistant, you will:
- Arrange documents for client signing & ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle & screen client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist in preparing secretarial resolution documentation & guide team members when needed
- Maintain accurate records & provide top-notch customer service
- Take on exciting new responsibilities as the need arises
Minimum Requirements:
- SPM / ICSA / LCCI / Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Strong communication skills and able to deliver precise and accurate information.
- Self-motivated, independent, & detail-oriented
- Previous experience in a secretary firm or related industry is an added advantage
- Ability to thrive under pressure & meet deadlines
- Fresh graduates without working experience but with a keen interest to pursue a career in are welcome to apply.
- Semi-Seniors must have 1-2 years experience in the same field.
