Looking for Company Secretary Assistant / Executive / Semi-Senior

As a Company Secretary Assistant, you will:

  1. Arrange documents for client signing & ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  2. Handle & screen client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  3. Assist in preparing secretarial resolution documentation & guide team members when needed
  4. Maintain accurate records & provide top-notch customer service
  5. Take on exciting new responsibilities as the need arises

Minimum Requirements:

  1. SPM / ICSA / LCCI / Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any related field
  2. Strong communication skills and able to deliver precise and accurate information.
  3. Self-motivated, independent, & detail-oriented
  4. Previous experience in a secretary firm or related industry is an added advantage
  5. Ability to thrive under pressure & meet deadlines
  6. Fresh graduates without working experience but with a keen interest to pursue a career in are welcome to apply.
  7. Semi-Seniors must have 1-2 years experience in the same field.
