To assist in the preparation of the various documents required to be delivered during the development/implementation of the MMSW nationwide.

• Assist in the preparation and the development of the training/support materials for the MMSW.
• Assisting the trainer during the training for MMSW nationwide.
• Able to solve the issue as reported online, open tickets and close the ticket when required.
• Escalate to the next support team if required and monitor for constant updates to the users as required.
• Assisting the team in producing various documents up and until the verification and validation process.
• Various tools to support the operations of MMSW such as training materials and video clips are developed for the consumption of the users.
• Training assistant to the MMSW trainers.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Administration or equivalent.
• Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Business Analyst and Tester. Strong knowledge on documentation such as preparing various project-related documents such as User Requirement Document and others. Knowledge of some multimedia applications to develop the project collaterals such as video clips and montage.
• Key Quality(s): Responsible, independent, and good team player. Committed and keen on new knowledge and experience. Having good interpersonal and communication skills. Possess great discipline and high integrity.
• Desired experience/exposure: Preference will be given to graduates who are currently unemployed and less than 2 years from graduation and/or with no prior working experience.
• Location: Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
