Protege Executive

To support the preparation of various documents essential for the MMSW nationwide development/implementation.

• Assist in creating training/support materials for the MMSW.
• Support trainers during MMSW nationwide training sessions.
• Solve issues reported online, open tickets and close them when required.
• Elevate issues to the next support team if needed and monitor user updates constantly.
• Collaborate with the team to produce various documents up until the verification and validation process.
• Develop tools to support MMSW operations such as training materials and video clips for user consumption.
• Training assistance is provided to MMSW trainers.

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Business Administration or equivalent.

Required Skills: Basic knowledge of Business Analyst and Tester. Strong understanding of documentation like preparing project-related documents (e.g., User Requirement Document). Familiarity with multimedia applications to develop project collaterals (e.g., video clips and montage).

Key Qualities: Responsible, independent, and good team player. Committed and eager for new knowledge and experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Possess great discipline and high integrity.

Desired Experience/Exposure: Preference will be given to graduates who are currently unemployed and less than 2 years from graduation and/or with no prior working experience.
