Assist to preparefeasibility study and quarterly budget review.
Budget & Construction Cost ControlCompile and analyze design and cost data.
Suppliers (Contractors and CQS)Source and conduct registration and pre-qualification evaluation.
Tender & Award (procurement of work packages)Administer and review tender document preparation, prepare tender document whenever necessary.
Prepare, administer, review and recommend shortlisting of tenderer.
Evaluate, review and analyze tender submission and tender report.
Prepare award memo and Letter of Award.
Construction ManagementPrepare and update Financial Statement when necessary.
Evaluate and review VO claims.
Prepare and review Progress Claims and Final Account.
Review contractual claims.
Consultants EngagementPrepare, administer, review and recommend shortlisting of CQS.
Evaluate, review and analyze proposal.
Prepare Letter of Appointment and Consultant Engagement Agreement
Prepare and review professional claims
GeneralTo implement all relevant policies, procedures and work instructions as is defined in the Company’s Quality Management System.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Possess Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Minimum 6 - 8 years' experience of relevant in building industry, preferably with consultant Q.S. and developer firm.
Good working knowledge of Pre and Post Contract Works, Contractual Issues, Cost Control and Budget.
