Job Description:

LITIGATION LAWYERS

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Meeting and briefing clients.
  2. Conducting hearings / trials.
  3. Preparation and vetting of cause papers.
  4. Research.
  5. Taking care of portfolio of files from commencement to completion.
CHAMBERING STUDENT

Responsibilities:

  1. Legal research & case law analysis.
  2. Drafting cause papers.
  3. Exposure to a variety of litigation matters.
  4. Performing ad-hoc legal tasks as required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

LITIGATION LAWYERS
  1. Junior Associate - preferably minimum of two (2) years' experience in litigation.
  2. Computer skills.
  3. Excellent academic record.
  4. Sound drafting skills and accuracy.
  5. Strong, strategic and analytical thinker.
  6. Enjoy a high level of responsibility and autonomy.
  7. Up-to-date knowledge on relevant legislation.
  8. Excellent communication skills and engaging personality.
  9. The ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
CHAMBERING STUDENT
  1. Degree In Law (LLB).
  2. Interest in litigation.
  3. Strong research & drafting skills.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken).
  6. High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  7. Hardworking, responsible & eager to learn.
  8. Possession of a valid driver's license and own transportation.
