We are representing our client, a renowned fitness brand from Taiwan, which is excited to launch its first retail store in Malaysia at Pavilion Bukit Jalil. They are looking for a proactive and experienced Store Manager to lead their team.
Job Description:
- Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure attractive product displays.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Oversee and manage daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Proven experience as a retail manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion and interest in gym & fitness is a plus.
Working Hours:
- 40-48 hours per week, with shifts rotating to cover all operating hours from 10 am to 10 pm.
