Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the role as Executive/Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition.

Job Summary:
  1. Undertakes end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing for talents from various channels, submits curriculum vitae/resume to hiring managers for shortlisting, coordinates interview sessions, conducts pre-employment screening, assesses the outcomes of the interview and screening, prepares hiring proposals, and obtains the necessary approval based on Level of Authority.
  2. Assists Head of Talent Acquisition in developing, reviewing, and managing the recruitment-related policy, process, and procedures.
  3. Develops a pool of qualified candidates to fill up vacancies within the agreed time frame.
  4. Prepares and submits periodical reporting to various stakeholders, internally and externally.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a banking background.
  2. Technical competencies in Recruitment, Interviewing, Interpersonal Skills, HR Administration, HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR Strategy & Planning, HR Policy & Procedure Writing.
