Hong Leong Bank is seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying and securing exceptional talent to drive our company's success. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies, with a focus on executive and niche roles within the financial industry.

What you'll do:

  1. Lead the hunt: Utilize your headhunting expertise, market knowledge, and network to identify and engage top-tier candidates.
  2. Be strategic: Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with our business objectives and attract high-caliber professionals.
  3. Build relationships: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their needs and provide exceptional recruitment support.
  4. Create a seamless experience: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all candidates.
  5. Champion our brand: Enhance our employer brand through engaging content, social media campaigns, and participation in industry events.
  6. Data is your friend: Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize our recruitment efforts.

What you'll need:

  1. Proven experience: 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong background in headhunting or executive search within the financial industry.
  2. Headhunting expertise: A demonstrated track record of success in sourcing and securing senior-level candidates for challenging roles.
  3. Industry knowledge: Deep understanding of the financial industry and its talent landscape.
  4. Sourcing skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other sourcing techniques.
  5. Relationship builder: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
