- Develop the Talent Acquisition/sourcing strategy; driving best practice(s) in recruitment, assessment and selection and formulating the hiring framework, relevant policies, programs and process as necessary to enhance the Group's ability to recruit, select and acquire a passionate and high-performing workforce.
- Working closely with HR business partners on talent development strategies; crafting career pathways, succession planning and bench strength building.
- Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders and other critical stakeholders in country or region, providing talent insights, fulfilling current talent needs and pipelining high-demand candidates for future requirements.
- Consults with hiring managers to determine expectations & requirements for current and future open positions, and develop sourcing strategies to meet those needs, while ensuring reduced cycle time and hiring costs.
- Manage external and internal recruitment activities (e.g., job briefing, screening CV's/applications, conducting telephone interviews, providing short lists, scheduling interviews, extend offers, coordinate on-boarding activities, etc).
- Generate, analyze and interpret statistics and data from talent acquisition activities to identify trends and insights, surfacing specialized or competitive intelligence and research that would proactively influence key decision on talent acquisition/sourcing, engagement and retention strategies.
- Manages the identification and attraction of talent through the use of innovative tools including digital & social media recruitment and processes.
- Develop strong industry networks and build relationships with external parties such as universities, vocational institutions etc.
Employer Branding
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Corporate Communications in promoting the Wasco's employer branding.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador to promote and drive candidate interest towards Wasco Group.
- Implement Employer branding initiatives to ensure attract the right talent for the right job to meet today and future needs. Identify the career digital ecosystem strategy and build the best social platforms to attract talents.
- Design events and take initiative to boost our employer brand as employer in the market. Ensure that internal / external employers brand messages are clearly articulated and aligned.
- Work closely with the team to craft outreach programs such as internships, career fairs etc, that contribute towards building of the talent pipeline as well as anchoring the Wasco's Employer Brand.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Minimum 10 years of related working experience in talent acquisition
- Well versed in Behavioral Interviewing skills
- Familiar with Psychometric Assessment tools
