About you: Due to significant growth within our Global Operation Centre (GOC) in Kuala Lumpur, we are looking for an energetic, curious, and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who thrives on hiring top talent, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and has a real passion for process improvements to make things better every day. Day-to-day, you will:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within your allocated function.
- Partner with your stakeholders to understand their needs and agree on the recruitment strategy.
- Work closely with the regional HR teams to assess internal talent, review and assist with future talent moves, participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions, and advise on offers.
- Implement creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across the business using various recruitment methods/channels as appropriate - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.
- Develop and promote our employer brand in the area.
- Coach and support your colleagues within the TA team.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
- Minimum of 8 years talent acquisition experience - preferably coming from in-house talent acquisition, ideally technology-based.
- Pro-active and organised in approach, agile in execution with a real sense of urgency.
- Proven direct sourcing capabilities, demonstrated by the top-quality talent you hired in your previous roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience partnering hiring managers, interview panels, and HR throughout the hiring process.
- Experience using a variety of interviewing techniques tailored to the level of the role, with confidence to deliver training to managers and/or lead interviews where required.
