Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Utilize effective selling skills and product knowledge to influence targeted healthcare professionals to prescribe or purchase Syno Medical-promoted products.
  • Execute brand strategies to ensure a consistent company sales and marketing message.
  • Analyse territory information to optimize routing and achieve sales results.
  • Monitor local market conditions for changes that impact business.
  • Provide feedback to Managers on marketplace trends, challenges, and product access.
  • Collaborate with Managers to establish goals and implement plans to enhance current skill sets and sales results.
  • Promote the company's range of medical devices/consumables to the medical industry.
  • Manage sales opportunities for existing customers and develop new customer base.
  • Increase sales revenue and achieve the sales target set by the company.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Between 1 to 3 years of sales experience. Experience within the medical or surgical device industries will be an added advantage.
  • High level of energy, motivation, drive, persistence, initiative, commitment, high degree of integrity, and professionalism.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
  • Willing to travel and must possess own vehicle.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Nurses with OT experience are encouraged to apply.
