Job summary:

  • Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,800 per month

Position: Supervisor Sales Consultant

Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

  • Saturday (Half-day) (9:00 AM - 2:00 PM)

  • Location: The Strand, 2, Jalan PJU 5/20B, Kota Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Responsibilities

Team Supervision

  • Manage and lead a team of sales executives to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Provide guidance, training, and support to improve team performance and skills.

Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Plan and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance to ensure alignment with company goals.

Sales Activities

  • Oversee daily sales operations, including calls, appointments, and closing deals.

  • Support the team in closing complex or high-value sales.

Sales Reporting

  • Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

  • Provide detailed feedback and insights to the Sales Manager or Operation Manager.

Event Management

  • Coordinate and participate in company events, including classes, seminars, and marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure the team is well-prepared and professionally represents the company.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and assist in resolving issues.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing customers.

Target Achievement

  • Drive the team to consistently meet sales targets.

  • Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their individual and group goals.
