Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a strong professional relationship with existing customers, establishing new accounts, and new industries segment penetration.
  • Listening to customers' needs and advising them on the best solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Business Units to understand customers' requirements and provide sales support.
  • Giving demonstrations and presentations to help customers discover and understand solutions.
  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and market trends.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutions to upper management.
  • Preparing sales proposals and negotiating the best sales terms.

Requirements:

  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree Engineering in Mechanical / Mechatronic / Electrical & Electronic or equivalent.
  • 3 years' experience in sales/business development / technical services. Familiar with coordinate measuring machine (CMM), quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, factory production, or similar environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking abilities.
  • Aggressive, highly independent, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Possess own transport.
