About the role

Our Company is seeking a talented Creative Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in developing visually striking and engaging marketing materials that bring our brand to life and drive customer engagement.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media graphics, digital advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
  2. Translate complex brand messaging into visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to ensure our marketing assets maintain a fresh, modern aesthetic.
  4. Work closely with the content team to ensure design elements seamlessly integrate with written copy.
  5. Continuously refine and optimize designs based on feedback and performance data.
  6. Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related creative field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a marketing or agency environment.
  3. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  4. Strong eye for design, with a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of marketing assets.
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  7. Keen interest in the latest design trends and a passion for creating visually impactful work.
