Creative Marketing & Communication Specialist

The Creative Communication Design Specialist role is responsible for leading all artwork designs and creating compelling content to enhance brand visibility. The position also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Additionally, the role provides creative design support to the operations team for their events and promotional artwork.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Customer Relationship Managers (CRM), Regional Managers (ROM), and other stakeholders to support creative design related to events such as World Kidney Day, the Malaysian Society of Nephrology Congress, NOH, and other industry-related events.
  • Understand the company's business nature and develop creative communication designs that align with brand messaging and event goals.
  • Lead the creative design process for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency across digital and print platforms.
  • Be proactive in creating engaging content, especially for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and the website.
  • Support video editing and photography to enhance content for marketing campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives by providing creative assets and collaborating with the Digital Marketing & Events Specialist when needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, phone conferences, and training sessions to align with business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Graphic Design, or a similar role.
  • A solid portfolio showing skills in both digital and print design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, etc.
  • Ability to create designs that match DaVita's brand style and message.
  • Strong communication skills to explain design ideas clearly to teams and clients.
  • Skilled in handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
