We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic Civil & Structure team at SNJ Engineering and Construction Sdn Bhd. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction of structural components and methods of various projects throughout the nation and must be willing to travel extensively to ensure the successful delivery of the company's construction projects.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and safety protocols
  2. Monitoring and inspecting the quality of work performed by contractors and subcontractors
  3. Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site in a timely and effective manner
  4. Liaising with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  5. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the construction project

  4. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
  6. Proficient in project management software and tools
  7. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to the construction sites within the country as needed
