Job Description

Recruitment

  1. Develop relationships and work closely with line managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their departments, hiring needs and job specifications, and to meet hiring goals and expectations.
  2. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, to find, hire, and retain quality candidates.
  3. Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, especially social media.
  4. Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospects.
  5. Screen resumes and CVs and manage job candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation to final offer negotiation.
  6. Remain active with job boards, social networks, and platforms for finding quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
  7. Organize and facilitate Orientation training for all new joiners.
  8. Assist in crafting a comprehensive Onboarding process based on industry best practices.

Talent Development

  1. Be the administrator and subject matter expert for the Performance Management System and ensure that the appraisal cycle is adhered to.
  2. Assist in designing and executing a Learning and Development framework with emphasis in Learning Needs Analysis, Learning & Development Calendar and Personal Development Plans.
  3. Assist in crafting training content using instructional design methodologies and co-facilitating in-house training and learning programs.
  4. Assist employees in sourcing and arranging for external and internal training programs, workshops, seminars etc. where the need arises.

Talent Retention and Engagement

  1. Research, propose and carry out improvements relating to the overall Employee Experience from Day 1 to the last day of an employee.
  2. Drive a company-wide employee engagement calendar and initiatives actively as part of the Employee Value Proposition.

HR Communication

  1. Contribute, design, edit and publish written content, posters, buntings and other medium relating to HR initiatives, including HR newsletter/bulletin in the most expedient form for the consumption of all employees.
  2. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources management, human resource development or a related field.
  2. 3 or more years of experience in recruitment, talent development and/or talent retention.
  3. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  4. Familiarity with job boards, social media and computer systems designed specifically for HR.
  5. Passionate about supporting an organisation's people agenda and possesses the drive to promote a continuous learning and performance driven culture.
  6. Resourceful, Positive, energetic, meticulous and good attention to detail.
  7. Desire for continuous professional and personal development.
