Sales Manager

You will be responsible for sales of Product Verification and Compliance Services including but not limiting to Environmental Testing, Electromagnetic Testing, Safety Testing, and Global Market Access services and Digital Services within Electrical & Electronic Business Line of Product Services Division.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for identification, assessment, business solicitation and market opportunities for diverse range of Testing and Certification services for Electrical and Electronics related products
- Identify and drive strategic partnerships to develop new markets, services and key accounts within assigned markets and develop strategic partnerships
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales engineers to perform at their best. Provide ongoing support, feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations to monitor individual and team progress
- Responsible for developing and implementing go-to-market sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed assigned revenue and profitability targets of assigned portfolio and grow customer base in assigned scope and geography
- Monitor and report on sales performance, tracking key metrics and KPIs.
- Support the management in reviewing, evaluating and developing pricing strategies for various product portfolios to improve profitability
- Develop winning business proposals to put forth our unique value propositions as a premium provider of quality, safety and sustainable solutions to customers
- Responsible for delightful customer experience from acquisition of customers to after-sales
- Forge long-term partnerships to deliver results and tangible benefits for our business partners and clients
Key Requirements:
- Minimum a Degree in Engineering or Business or related field with proven experience in sales B2B environment in an international environment
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in TIC industry would be an advantage
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Outstanding sales and/or business development track records with the ability to use consultative selling for high volume-high mix solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset and highly driven with a focus on achieving sales growth.
- Strong clarity of thoughts with the ability to articulate and present information in a clear fashion
- Ability to navigate and strive in complex, challenging and high tempo environment
- Exemplary stakeholder's management skills and ability to build network and communities
