Role Purpose
The CRM Executive is responsible to assist with planning, developing, and managing the global marketing databases for Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG). The ideal candidate should have the ability to set up end-to-end database marketing campaigns and digital promotional activities on a global scale. The incumbent must also possess strong stakeholder management skills by effectively communicating with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
Key Accountabilities- Assist in planning and executing lead generation strategy (acquisition) to grow newsletter database for Malaysia Airlines.
- Support in providing & creating brief to Creative Marketing Department to support eDM & push notification marketing channel platform.
- Ensure eDM & push notification marketing message is conveyed clearly and delivered properly to Malaysia Airlines subscribers.
- Ensure email marketing rendering is in proper form and template. Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling with the Malaysia Airlines personalization strategy.
- Assist in coordination and monitoring the maintenance, integrity, and security of several databases.
- Assist in developing and coding the list segmentation for all email marketing campaigns and communicate requirements to the primary database.
- Develop the HTML code for each email marketing and ensure the email is rendered properly in both desktop and mobile.
- Assist in liaising with internal business units such as MHholidays, Enrich, Corporate Communications, Market Station, and Revenue Management team.
- Support in conducting A/B tests or multivariate tests to improve open rates and click-through rates.
- Assist in managing a partnership between Malaysia Airlines and 3rd parties i.e., hotel, e-commerce platforms, and telco, to leverage on partners' database or digital marketing planning.
- Leverage analytical skills to assist in interpreting data, identifying trends, and deriving actionable insights to optimize CRM strategies and decision-making.
- Bachelor of Education, Arts, Mass Communications, Business & Management, Legal, etc. with 0-1 years' experience.
- Diploma of Education, Arts, Mass Communications, Business & Management, Legal, etc. with 0-2 years' experience.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
- Skills and experience in creative content writing, having analytical mindset and critical thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience utilizing CRM tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) is an added advantage.
