Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements and reviews existing policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department
  • Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Team Leadership: Manage and oversee the HR fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
  • Full HR Cycle: Lead all aspects of the HR cycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management and compensation
  • Policy Development: Create and refine company HR policies to support organizational goals and maintain legal compliance
  • Industrial and Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary issues and implement performance improvement programs to maintain a positive work culture including CSR events and programs with the employees
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with management to align HR goals with business initiatives and liaise with government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Learning & Development: Assist in designing, developing and implementing training programs aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and recommend suitable training solutions
  • Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate training sessions, workshops and employee development programs
  • Ensure training materials and content are up to date and relevant to industry standards
Job Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin, Human Resource Management, Social Science or other related fields
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and administrative management within a manufacturing setting
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian Labour Laws, ISO auditing
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu. Mandarin Speaker is an added advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: A team player with strong leadership skills, high integrity and a results-oriented approach to management
  • Software Skills: Advanced skill in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel and PowerPoint
  • Personal Skills / Leadership Quality: Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines, team player and independent
  • Other Requirement: Good communication, report writing and presentation skills
