  • Responsible in implementation and compliance of the Human Resource policies, procedures, rules and regulations of the company.
  • Responsible in HR related activities including employees' training and development, employees' induction program, employees' welfare, employees' discipline, domestic inquiry etc.
  • Responsible to handle foreign workers affairs (e.g. hostel's management, work permit renewal, passport renewal, foreign workers' welfare and discipline).
  • To in charge of recruitment activities (sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and etc.)
  • In charge of monitoring and keeping records on Insurance Policy matters including the issuance of cover notes for new vehicles and renewal of policies.
  • Responsible for the renewal of road tax, inspection and insurance of all company vehicles.
  • Responsible for the arrangement of payment of quit rents and assessment for all properties of the company including monitoring and maintaining those records.
  • Liaising with all Government Departments in the matter of application and renewal of certificates annually and periodically (e.g. JKKP, DOE, KPDN, APAD & etc).
  • To perform any tasks as assigned by Superior.
  • Responsible to check and verify company's lorry driver and transporter claim.
  • Resolved short supply, damaged and lost items.
  • Liaison with transporter to negotiate transporter fee.
  • Responsible to manage, compile and check delivery order documents monthly.
  • Responsible to check promoter claim
  • To support the department with other administrative tasks (e.g key in order in M3 system) when necessary.
  • Handling Modern Trade (MT) and Key Account (KA) accounts – partnership via trade marketing for brand building, products awareness and sales promotion purposes.
  • Plan, formulate, implement and execute promotion activity.
  • To manage promotion funding based on allocated budget.
  • To ensure standard Products Merchandising and Display at store level.
  • Attending to issues and problems arise under the job responsibility.
  • Maintaining ADSO at healthy level and resolve account disputes.
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
  • Enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution and attending to all disciplinary proceedings.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state and federal regulations and law.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Maintain company organization charts.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff.
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Advances human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Supervising the Workers' Hostel Team.
  • Prepare all necessary reports related to the HR department.
  • Be responsible to support day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties.
  • Organize transportation activities, including storage of goods, managing information accrued from point of origin to delivery, orchestrating transportation movements, and arranging for services as necessary.
  • Plan and coordinate with production to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
  • Execute logistics plan to move local finished goods to reach destinations on schedule.
  • To fulfil customer request and immediate resolve if complaint raise.
  • To ensures all inventory transaction are completed within the timeline and maintain stock accuracy.
  • To conduct inventory count and assist to verify stock discrepancies.
  • To ensures the security and accountability of finished goods with inventory control.
  • To supervise a team of assistant supervisor and material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of lorry transporter for local sales shipment.
  • To ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities and equipment.
  • Assist Factory Manager in handling and resolving any disputes or problems that occur in production.
  • Ensure smooth running of the day-to-day production operation of various departments in the factory.
  • Coordinate daily production activities.
  • Responsible for implementation of Company Food Safety System in the production areas.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of machines.
  • Responsible for manpower arrangement.
  • Responsible for inventory management.
  • Monitoring personnel discipline to ensure harmonious working environment.
  • Review, assess and improve production performance and requirement.
  • Responsible for identifying training needs and providing training to unskilled operators.
  • Ensure proper housekeeping practice in the factory.
  • Ensure that production operation meet with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP and HALAL standards.
  • Oversees receipt and verification of incoming shipments; ensures materials are unloaded, stored, and verified according to policy.
  • Ensures that an accurate inventory record of finished goods is maintained in accordance with established procedures.
  • Ensures orderly storage of incoming shipments and finished goods; maintains detailed records of available products and their storage locations.
  • Conducts regular inventory checks, random checks on at least a weekly basis, and thorough checks on at least a monthly basis.
  • Communicates results of inventory reviews to manager; collaborates with manager to schedule future shipments.
  • Delegates fulfillment of customer orders to staff; maintains inventory database when orders are fulfilled.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Assist Production Supervisor in supervising a team of operators in performing daily tasks
  • Assist Production Supervisor in manpower and material planning
  • Take appropriate action to any variation in the production function and report to Production Supervisor immediately
  • Ensure that all operators comply with the safety and security standards in performing their duty.
