Minimum Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, or Advanced Degree.
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, preferably Mandarin.
  • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
  • Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
  • Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspectives and offering intuitive solutions and ideas.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in driving teamwork excellence and conflict resolution.
  • Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurial skills to ensure business success.
  • Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation and business solution software.
Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  2. Analyze sales data to optimize product performance and customer engagement.
  3. Set and monitor individual sales targets for team members.
  4. Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants.
  5. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  6. Foster a positive and motivated team culture.
  7. Ensure a high standard of personalized and professional customer service.
  8. Handle escalated customer issues effectively.
  9. Gather and act on customer feedback to improve service.
  10. Manage inventory, procurement, and product selection.
  11. Work with suppliers to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  12. Oversee visual merchandising and store displays.
  13. Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and security.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  15. Control expenses to maintain profitability.
  16. Plan and execute in-store promotions and events.
  17. Utilize social media and digital marketing to drive traffic.
  18. Measure and optimize marketing efforts based on performance.
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Salary: RM 3,500 - 4,500 base + performance-based bonuses.
