About the role:

The core objective of this role is to serve as the central system and data stewardship role for ASEAN JARVIS system for ASEAN commercial organization and various business functions leveraging JARVIS as well as to provide first level service support to its users and ensure accuracy of data from various data sources through random audits of data reconciliation from the following systems – SAP, SFDC (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, and Marketing Cloud), Success Factor, and JARVIS – Sales and Marketing Dashboard. The person also maintains the right level of data dictionary, ensures the right level of data access provision to various users, and manages the compliance of data privacy.

Job Descriptions:

  • Access management and accounts creation for ASEAN JARVIS system – To support the ASEAN and local teams in accounts & access management for internal users through ASEAN JARVIS System as well as IT Remedy system for internal users.
  • To conduct review of accounts every 3 months for any inactivity.
  • Provide first level incident management for ASEAN JARVIS system – Ability to support internal users on general usage of JARVIS system as well as to escalate technical issues faced by users to appropriate technical teams for resolution.
  • To communicate and conduct random audit of various data from different data sources in ASEAN – This role is expected to provide the evidence of data reconciliation between final report and data from source system.
  • Work with various JARVIS product teams to create an audit schedule that can sufficiently mitigate risks in ASEAN.
  • Maintain quality of the data using internal and external customer feedback, concerns, questions; internally reporting metrics; evaluating and identifying issues and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly.
  • Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance and security of the data. Data stewards are responsible for protecting the data—while providing information on potential risks and offering regulatory guidance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any related principles.
  • Meticulous, enjoy working with numbers.
  • Has good analytical skills.
  • Has experience using SQL, Sales Cloud, Tableau or any other equivalent software.
  • Ready to work in the time zone of ASEAN countries.
  • Experience in distribution relationship management system will be an added advantage.
  • Experience of working in an International environment with multiple languages.
  • Foster a diverse workplace and participates as team player.
  • Come up with improvement ideas related to his work stream.
  • This is a 1-year contract (renewable role)
