Customer Relationship Specialist

- Acknowledge customer orders & confirming the required delivery date or advising the best possible delivery date.
- Create Sales Order in System and plan for delivery with warehouse team according to the required delivery date.
- Highlighting to Sales team/Management in advance of any delays and discussing further decisions or solutions before providing updates to customers.
- Prepare packing lists, Delivery Notes, and other delivery documents (COA, label, etc.), Pro-forma Invoices, and Tax Invoices.
- Actively contribute marketing ideas to departmental head.
- Managing internal and external calls – distributors, customers and enquiry;
- Prepares documentations and promotional items in support of sales. E.g. Promotional letters, samples, images, etc.
- Preparation and follow up of marketing and technical materials.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including catalogue, and digital content.
- Coordinate with various department to gather necessary content and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Goal, Objective & Performance orientated.
- Participate in marketing and promotional events such as exhibitions, trade shows, etc.
- Manage the organization and storage of digital assets, such as images, videos, and documents.
- Prioritizing sales and enhancing the company's business relationships with distributors and customers.
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a marketing or related role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to converse in local dialects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to participate in business trips ie international exhibitions and road shows, conferences, customer/distributor meetings.
- Professional in demeanour and conduct.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
