Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
  2. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other stakeholders to create compelling campaign assets.
  3. Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  4. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for campaign execution.
  5. Build and nurture an active and engaged online and offline community.
  6. Develop strategies to increase user participation and brand loyalty.
  7. Moderate community discussions, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer engagement.
  8. Organize and host events (both virtual and in-person) to strengthen community connections.
  9. Oversee content strategy for social media, newsletters, and community channels.
  10. Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across platforms.
  11. Identify and leverage user-generated content to enhance engagement.
  12. Track and analyze social media/community metrics and report on key insights.
  13. Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners.
  14. Develop programs to encourage community members to become brand ambassadors.
  15. Manage relationships with key stakeholders to expand the brand's reach.
  16. Identify issues and opportunities through in-depth data analysis and present relevant findings to facilitate business decisions and campaign design.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 3-5 years' experience in (digital) marketing with experience in campaign management & content journey development.
  2. Excellent understanding of digital communication, social media management, and event planning skills.
  3. Familiarity with community platforms (e.g., Discord, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn), CRM tools, and analytics.
  4. Completed university degree in the field of marketing / communication science / business administration or a comparable qualification.
  5. Excellent communication and influencing skills required. Must demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking.
  6. Proven to deliver challenging results and clear demonstration of strong project management and critical thinking.
  7. Proactive attitude, willing to go above and beyond, highly adaptable to changes.
