Job summary:

As a Supervisor, Security and Loss Prevention, you are responsible to assist Security Department Manager and take charge of Security daily operations, efficiency, and effectiveness of all security personnel while ensuring the implementation of theft prevention initiatives in DKSH Consumer goods (CG) site are followed and enforced accordingly. Safeguard and secure our company business, properties, employees, and stakeholders by enforcing site security concepts and procedures, as well as loss prevention initiatives. You will partially assist the Security Manager on SIDs' escalation and investigations. Additional tasks include PO creation, handling new joiner briefings, conducting monthly assessments, spot-checks, and reporting. Ensure Security Systems functionality and assist with safety enforcement as needed by the Security Manager or Country Security Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Security Manager in planning and deploying outsourced security to meet company's security and loss prevention objectives.
  2. Enforce and maintain Site Security Concept and procedures for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors in accordance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
  3. Ensure full functionality of Security Systems such as CCTV, VMS, Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System (IDS)/Emergency Door Alarm, Key Management, Boom Gates, and Badging System. Report any issues for immediate attention/rectification.
  4. Ensure security operations run smoothly without obstruction or disturbance, ensuring all inspections done by security are according to SOP/Process.
  5. Inspect, assess, and audit the facility, security system, and manpower according to TAPA FSR requirements on a weekly/monthly basis.
  6. Attend roll calls, provide monthly Security training, and closely follow up on security guards' performance, discipline, development, and welfare.
  7. Be available, reachable, and alert on Security or Operations whenever needed, and responsible for attending to day-to-day operational issues and any emergency situations as part of the ERT team.
  8. Comply with and deliver any ad-hoc arrangements/tasks/assignments, completing them within the timeline given by DKSH Security Management.
  9. Take over and deliver all required tasks, assignments, and duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. 3 years in security operations or loss prevention with supervisory experience.
  2. Minimum SPM Certificate or Diploma holder.
  3. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; capable of conducting audits, enforcing procedures, and managing teams effectively.
  4. Willing to be on-call, including weekends, and respond to emergencies as part of the ERT team; physically fit for inspections and operational tasks.
  5. Basic IT skills (e.g., MS Office) for reporting/documentation.
