PE Engineer

• Define and establish new product configuration and process flow/control, including product packaging method based on product requirement.
• Develop and evaluate jigs & fixtures for new product processes.
• Liaise and support various departments to achieve cost-saving objectives and product improvement.
• Responsible for new project equipment commissioning verification/buyoff including parameter optimization.
• Responsible for new product assembly sample build, new process setup, transfer activities, and validation process.
• Daily assist/support production activities such as equipment troubleshooting and process parameter optimization.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain PE Engineering documents & systems (WI, POP, Process flow chart).
• Calculate and review cycle time improvements to achieve more output.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding technical matters in accordance with the company's policy and objectives.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin communication.
• Age: 25 – 40 years.
• Gender: Male.
• Specializing in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
• Familiar with SOP, POP, Flow Chart, and Process Routing Designation.
• Familiar with laser engraving machine, ultrasonic machine, jig & fixture design debugging, tempo or silk screen printing & hot melting machine.
• Familiar with UG or design fixture software.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software and PPT presentation.
• Experience in root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of mechanical/electronic control.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Must be willing to be hands-on and work in a plastic injection moulding or production assembly environment.
• Aggressive, passionate about work, practical, hardworking, and possess teamwork spirit.

9.00 am to 5.00 pm
