Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PE Engineer to join our team at Fairwork. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in defining and establishing new product configurations and process flows.

Your responsibilities will include developing and evaluating jigs and fixtures for new product processes, liaising with various departments to achieve cost-saving objectives and product improvement, and commissioning verification/buyoff including parameter optimization.

You will also be responsible for new product assembly sample build, new process setup, transfer activities, and validation process. Additionally, you will assist/support production activities such as equipment troubleshooting and process parameter optimization.

To succeed in this role, you must have proficiency in Mandarin communication, be aged between 25-40 years, and possess specialized knowledge in Engineering - Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in a related field is required.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with SOP, POP, Flow Chart, and Process Routing Designation, as well as laser engraving machines, ultrasonic machines, jig & fixture design debugging, tempo or silk screen printing & hot melting machines. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software and PPT presentation is also essential.
