Your Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable (AP)

  1. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in accordance with company policies and procedures, SLA, and KPI targets.
  2. Check and process invoices on a timely basis with adherence to SOP, business controls, and country local legal requirements.
  3. Check and process staff claims on a timely basis with adherence to SOP, business controls, and country local legal requirements.
  4. Support in preparing payments and ensure they are approved and processed punctually according to the scheduled timeline.
  5. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  6. Collaborate on special projects (e.g., job transition) and initiatives as assigned by management aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity within the Shared Service Center.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  8. Draft and continuously update work documentation (DTP).

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  1. Ensure credit management procedures are complied with in all Asia Pacific legal entities.
  2. Ensure payments from customers are received on time; follow up on overdue items directly with Customer Accounts Payable or Purchasing team.
  3. Support business decisions such as approval of credit limits, delivery releases, and handling of credit checks.
  4. Coordinate claim and dispute management with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Coordinate credit insurance process.
  6. Analyze and predict customer payment behavior to facilitate free cash flow and liquidity planning.
  7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
  8. Draft and continuously update work documentation (DTP).
  9. Support on ad hoc tasks/reports.
  10. Process invoices from Intercompany (IC) vendors and incoming payment collection from Intercompany customers.
  11. Prepare payment list for payment to IC vendors and liaise with IC customers for overdue.
  12. Create, update, and maintain vendor and customer master data.
  13. Create construction in progress assets, transfer the assets upon investment completion, and assist in other Fixed Assets related tasks.
  14. Work with local finance team for monthly closing schedule and ensure accounts are closed on a timely basis.
  15. Make adjustment postings for payroll and accrual/provision postings for expenses.
  16. Deliver reconciliation and reporting timely.
  17. Support in migration of processes from local entities.
  18. Support on optimization, digitalization, and RPA projects.
  19. Support on ad hoc tasks/reports.
Your Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant fields.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in finance operations or a similar role within a Shared Service Center environment.
  • Window & Microsoft applications, SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean/Japanese/Vietnamese/Thai language is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
