Job Summary:Comfort-Works.com is seeking an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketer to join our vibrant marketing team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting marketing operations, particularly in data management, translation, localisation, and the execution of marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the execution and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Data Management: Collect, organise, and ensure the accuracy of marketing data essential for analysing campaign performance.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Support the team by maintaining marketing scorecards and preparing basic performance reports.
  • Operational Assistance: Provide operational support where needed across the marketing department, including content preparation, basic SEO tasks, and assisting with translation and localisation efforts to tailor content for different regional markets.
  • Learning and Development: Actively engage in learning opportunities within the team to better understand digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Be ready and willing to assist team members in a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth execution of marketing strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Proactive Learner: Shows initiative and eagerness to learn new skills and embrace challenges.
  • Team Support: Strong team-oriented approach with a readiness to assist others and contribute to the team’s overall success.
