**Job Purpose**:
As a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist at Innoverse, you will be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping to

promote our games and engage with our gaming community. You will work closely with our development, publishing,

and marketing teams to create and implement effective digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your

role will involve assisting in campaign operations, content creation, social media management, ad campaigns, SEO

optimization, and analyzing data to refine marketing strategies. Your goal will be to increase the visibility of our

games, attract and retain players, and contribute to the overall success of our marketing initiatives.

**JOB SCOPE**:

- **1. Marketing Campaign Development**_
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for our gaming titles, focusing on

increasing community engagement and raising brand awareness.
- Coordinate campaign logistics, ensuring timely execution and alignment with marketing objectives.
- **2. Online Community Management**_
- Play a crucial role in managing our online communities, especially on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Discord.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments, organizing events, and fostering a positive environment for gamers.
- **3. Content Creation**_
- Assist in producing compelling marketing materials and content, specifically designed for our target gaming audience.
- Develop a range of content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional videos, to captivate and grow our audience.
- **4. Marketing Strategy Implementation**_
- Contribute to the swift development and deployment of marketing strategies, adapting to the fast-paced and evolving startup culture.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and propose innovative marketing solutions.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
- Knowing about web3 or the gaming industry is helpful.
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
- Skills in design software like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator

**Working Hours**: Monday-Friday (9AM-6PM)

**Location**: Bandar Sunway
