**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of HR & Admin, including payroll, compensation, career development, performance management, training, employee relations, administration, etc.
- Manage monthly payroll and mandatory government statutory submissions.
- Conduct employee counseling, handle grievances, and manage disciplinary matters.
- Coordinate with relevant government statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax).
- Manage employee movements (hiring, promotions, transfers, terminations, retirements, etc.).
- Handle HR & Admin matters and perform assigned tasks from management.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks and reports as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Info-Tech HRMS Software is advantageous.
- Positive working attitude and punctuality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
