Moulding Process Advisor

1. Set up and implement plans to continually develop and evaluate reports that promotes a continuous improvement and achieve ‘Zero Defect’ philosophy as well as leading the team in ‘New Mould Design and Fabrication Plan’. 2. Head the new product development team by providing technical and specialization solutions for all moulded components that are used in new products. 3. Cooperate with Research and Development team to ensure the new designs are optimized for lean manufacturing and cost saving. 4. Responsible for recommending quality improvement process at production floor from all aspects of moulding processes and procedures. 5. Able to provide a part designs feedback and point out potential required mould modifications and ability to develop and implement processes information and documentation, as well as production improvement. 6. Able to lead the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) team with full dedication. 7. Excellent knowledge in Design and Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and high analytical skills in analyzing the data statistically. 8. Provide support for training and development of engineering resources. 9. Design and execute the training program for technical support in machine and mould validation process. 10. Train process engineers to resolve issues and maintain the training material with updated information and suggestion. 11. Identify risks and be responsible for mitigation actions and managing mitigation plan.
