Job Title: Sales Admin Clerk
Location: JOHOR BAHRU
Job Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer files, including contact information and account activity
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and orders
- Enter and maintain customer orders and invoices in the company system
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers
- Assist with customer service inquiries and resolve customer issues
- Prepare and distribute reports for the Sales Department
- Assist with other duties and projects as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential information
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
